Christmas is coming - Glühwein, Punsch, Hot Apple Cider

Time to get something more hot in your stomach. Since a week the first stands have opened offering Glühwein - hot wine punch and all other sorts of treats as we are approaching Christmas.
Glühwein is made of (cheap) red wine with an addition of spices such as clove, cinnamon, star anise, lemon and orange peels. Punsch usually is the alcohol free version suited for kids and car drivers - but be sure to ask or see if there is the remark "alkoholfrei". I also like hot apple cider which is not so strong unless they also add a shot of apple schnapps ;)
It has been snowing a little last night, just the ideal time to have nice walk and take in a hearty stew and a hot drink afterwards.
